~Windermere/Oak Harbor has made me feel welcome and included in my first few days here. I'm extremely impressed with this branch's professional, service oriented, customer/client satisfaction based demeanor. I am equally joyed with the Windermere Foundation's goals toward community service geared to our community's greatest asset, our children.
~There are many reasons for working here at Windermere: The Management, The Technology, The Commission Split, The Education. These are all positive aspects of our working life.
However, there is one overriding aspect: The Windermere Way! The expectation that we will practice a day to day working life that is honest, ethical and mindful that we are here to serve our clients and customers. It is my belief that The Windermere Way is the reason we have our excellent reputation in the community thereby improving our opportunity to make a living.
~I have been asked by agents from other offices why I left a highly reputable Real Estate firm for Windermere and I tell them, the people make the difference. The level of professionalism shown by Windermere agents, their attitude's and willingness to help the new Realtors at the drop of a hat speaks highly of the management and your ability to draw this level of agent to our office. Kudo's to you. The other overwhelming factor is the technology made available to us and the on going training. I have never experienced working for a company, with such a high regard for agent education. It makes me proud!
~Windermere is not just a real estate business, it is also a community business. We try very hard to promote the community we live and work in. We are all involved in the community at some level and know the importance of a thriving community. Windermere is also a great support group. I could go to any of my co-workers and they would listen and try to help if they could. They are a sharing, compassionate group of people from the corporate level to the real estate agent. It is a team effort and Windermere understands that.
